Sold!

For the first time in 7+ years, we are packing up our belongings and finding a new home.  Late last year we decided to list our house, and within 36 hours it had sold.  These pictures show how we found it and how we'll leave it.  It's quite a contrast!

JULY 2005
About a month before our wedding, we bought our first house.  This is the only house we've ever lived in together!  Since 2005, we've done a lot to improve it; but here's how she started out...

And this is how the house looked when we prepared to sell it.  You'll notice in the pictures we've replaced the carpet, made some improvements to the kitchen including a mosaic backsplash, updated the windows, replaced the deck in back, painted the exterior of the house, and painted nearly every wall on the interior.  (These are the professional photos that were taken by the realty company to use in our listing.)

We are sad to be leaving this house and neighborhood, but it was time to move on.  We'll be here until the end of February, and before then we'll let you know where to find us!
