Molly's First Birthday

It's been a few weeks, but I thought I should share some photos from Molly's first birthday party.  I give all the photo credit to my dad, and the rest of her birthday photos can be found here.  :o)

 This is my favorite photo from the party -- a candid family action shot.

Molly had a banana-flavored monkey cake, because she's so into crawling, climbing and getting herself all around.  (I had a bit of a frosting disaster, which is why the brown tones on this monkey are so weird.  Haha!)

After taking a sewing class, I was inspired to sew this birthday banner.

Molly had lots of visitors and really enjoyed her little self.

She wasn't overly interested in her cake.  She took a bite, but only because Joe put a piece in her hand.

She got some nice gifts, but she wasn't that into opening them...except if she could eat the paper.

The next morning we were visited by Uncle Dave on his way back to San Francisco.
